We started off the weekend by going to the zoo. Love going on Fridays, its just quiet/busy enough and we don't have to park a mile away!!
We rode the train around Hermann Park to enjoy the beautiful weather! It doesn't get any better than a relaxing train ride! The conductor was so nice in coming around to greet all the kiddos! Even read a few pages of her Dora book to us! =)
We also walked over to the park area. She loved it!! Can't wait to use their splash pad in the summer.
We took our lunch out to the pond and found this perfect spot. So relaxing! Birds soon joined us while we fed them a loaf of white bread and maybe a piece of chicken that she threw at them in excitement!
The zoo has great organic/local selections on their menu. Nice! Makes it easier to pick up food there! We had chicken tenders with apple sauce!
She loves the ducks!!
Saturday was birthday party day! We had so much fun!! She was happy to see the bounce house and managed to walk around for a little while.
But spent most of her time on the sideline watching all the other kids jump around.
Her uncle was nice enough to go in there with her.
She even took a turn at the pinata. But didn't want to hurt it!
